All SPLICE subscription plans include a 14-day free trial. During this period, you have full access to all features included in your chosen plan. You will not be charged until your trial ends, and you can cancel at any time during the trial with no obligation.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with SPLICE after your trial ends, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. No questions asked.

To request a refund, simply email us at support@spliceclips.com with your account email address. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No additional charges will be made after cancellation
• Unused credits do not roll over and are not refundable

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Payments made more than 7 days after the initial charge
• Overage charges for usage beyond plan limits
• Partial month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you will retain access for the remainder of your subscription term.

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using SPLICE, please contact our support team first. We are committed to resolving technical problems and may offer extended trial periods or account credits as appropriate.
